I saw this blog post  and it reminds me so much of my job- maybe most jobs are like this :

I can't believe how much unhealthy food is used as a reward where I work. Today, someone brought Amaretti cookies. This is the first time I've been tempeted in a long time - I actually had to smell them , LOL I'm an almond junkie. However, as hard as it is to  keep losing weight this  time of year, cheating is one big, flashing, neon NO sign! It would take me a month to get back from that one cookie.
The  rest of the time, it's not big  deal. Donuts make me sick, so not tempting one bit.
"Better than Sex" cake- yeah, if you really think that a boxed cake mix and cool whip is better than sex,  I feel sorry for you-   that's not even as good as shopping, never mind sex!
Cinnamon rolls -  tempting because my boss' cinamon rolls are amazing, and I'd probbably eat a rock if you put cinnamon on it, but I usually escape those with well planned treats or taking the day off.
A lot of rewards here are fresh baked cookies - the smell  would drive anyone crazy.
For a  while I rewarded myself with cash  every time I turned down the "free" food at work- I couldn't afford to keep up with it!

I love what

I can't help it- I'm always looking for ideas. If I see someone putting something yummy and healthy in the microwave at work, I'm probbably going to ask about it,  because it looks like a good idea to copy ;-)
