One month 'till Seattle!

Well, my anniversary is almost here. I'm back to my wedding day weight and hoping to be lighter by then. Going on vacation has caused me to do a lot of thinking.
Do I :
1.) Go buckwild since it's just a week ?
No, bad idea.I did that on my honeymoon and by the time I got my diet back under control again, I'd gained 25 lbs
2.) Adopt the Carbohydrate Diet approach (strictly low carb execpt for a one hour "reward meal" ? This definitely has its appeal, but with the evidence all around me ( My obesity, Dad's pre-diabetes, Father in Law's heart problems, and Uncle's downward spiral with diabetic amputations and dialysis, I'm pretty sugar-phobic
3. Damm the topedoes, low carb ahead! Yep this ones the winner! I'm sticking to atkins in Seattle. Since I have a gorumet grocery store on the next block from the inn, and a kitchenette in the room, I have no exuses to break my diet. I'm going to be using this as an adventure to sniff out the best low carb in town.
Watch for the updates!
